Food and Drink
Bangor on Dee can boast two pubs, the Royal Oak and the Buck house, both serving excellent food, beers and wines and located less than two minutes walk from the river. Pictured below, from the 'Old Bridge', is the Royal Oak, opposite the village church, built of local sand stone, and next to a small craft shop, The Buck House is just 100 yards further along the road, opposite the Stable Yard.
